libexception-handler-perl software package provides perl module Exception::Handler, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libexception-handler-perl
libexception-handler-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libexception-handler-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libexception-handler-perl *
You will get with libexception-handler-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
